- We reserve the right to substitute fresh flowers, plants, orchids, colours, containers (vases/planters), and other gift items with alternatives of equal or greater value and similar aesthetic style.
- Rest assured, any substitutions will be thoughtfully chosen to maintain the overall look, quality, and spirit of the original design.
- If a major component (e.g., a specific non-seasonal bloom, orchid, specialty container or gift item) is out of stock, we will make every effort to contact you before sending the order to discuss the substitution and confirm your preference.
