Our standard delivery hours are between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM (PST). While we always strive for timely service, please note that this is an estimated window. Traffic, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances can occasionally cause slight delays.

For deliveries to apartments and condominiums in the Vancouver area, a buzzer code or access code is essential. We will always attempt to contact the recipient before leaving the premises.
Delivery Issues: If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, we are unfortunately unable to reroute the delivery once it is out. Please double-check the recipient's information carefully when ordering.
