At Balconi Floral Design Studio, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products. Due to the nature of our handcrafted designs and the seasonality of fresh goods, the specific elements shown in the image may occasionally vary.

Our Universal Substitution Policy:

  • We reserve the right to substitute fresh flowers, plants, orchids, colours, containers (vases/planters), and other gift items with alternatives of equal or greater value and similar aesthetic style.
  • Rest assured, any substitutions will be thoughtfully chosen to maintain the overall look, quality, and spirit of the original design.
  • If a major component (e.g., a specific non-seasonal bloom, orchid, specialty container or gift item) is out of stock, we will make every effort to contact you before sending the order to discuss the substitution and confirm your preference.

Arranged with local seasonal ilex berries, unique blooms, and finished off with some beautiful curly willow this bouquet is a wonderful gift to bring to someone's home as a thank you. We even added some festive greens to give it a subtle fresh holiday aroma to really give it that holiday cheer!

PLEASE NOTE: Changes to our bouquet's will happen if the blossoms are not available to us or the season changes. We will always substitute the blossom with one that's equal value and just as beautiful.
