Delivery Times

We provide delivery services between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, but please note that these times are approximate, as factors like traffic, weather, and unexpected events may cause delays.

For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 10:00 AM PST. If you require same-day delivery after this time, please give us a call to check if we can accommodate your request.

If you need a specific delivery time, kindly contact us to inquire about availability and associated rates. Additional courier fees may apply. Please be aware that during holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, our delivery schedule may vary to accommodate seasonal order volumes.

Delivery Process

Our dedicated delivery team takes great care to package and deliver your flowers promptly and professionally. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage to the flowers after they have been delivered.

Delivery Instructions

To ensure a successful delivery, please provide us with accurate and complete delivery information. This includes the recipient's full name, precise address, and a contact phone number. If you have any special delivery requests or instructions, such as leaving the flowers with a neighbor or at the front door, please inform us in advance, and we will make every effort to accommodate your preferences.

Peak Holidays

During peak holidays like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery time frames due to the high volume of orders. Our team strives to deliver orders as early in the day as possible, but exact timing cannot be guaranteed during these periods.

Recipient Unavailability

If the recipient is unavailable to receive the order, our delivery team will make an attempt to contact them using the provided phone number. If we are unable to reach the recipient, we will leave the flowers at the specified delivery location. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage to the flowers once they have been delivered. If you have concerns about the security of the delivery location, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Apartments & Condominiums

For deliveries to apartments and condominiums, please provide a buzzer code or door code whenever possible. We will contact the recipient to ensure they will be available to receive the flowers and inquire about any specific instructions for accessing the building.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If an incorrect address was provided, and we were unable to reach the recipient, the delivery will be left at the address given, as rerouting the driver at that point is not possible. Please note that once the delivery is complete, addresses cannot be changed, picked up, or rerouted.
