We're delighted to offer reliable flower delivery throughout the Greater Vancouver Area. Please read our policy to understand how our delivery service works.
Delivery Window
Our standard delivery hours are between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. While we always strive for timely delivery, please understand that this is an estimated window. Factors like traffic, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances can occasionally cause delays.
Same-Day Delivery
Need flowers delivered today within the Vancouver area? Please place your order before 10:00 AM PST for same-day delivery. If you miss the cutoff but have an urgent request, please call us directly at 604-709-0082, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Specific Delivery Times
We understand that sometimes a specific delivery time is needed. To request a timed delivery, please contact us before placing your order to check availability and any potential additional courier fees that may apply.
Peak Holiday Deliveries
Please note that during exceptionally busy periods like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, our delivery volume is very high. While we work hard to deliver all orders promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times during these peak holidays. We recommend ordering in advance.
Ensuring a Smooth Delivery
To help us ensure your beautiful flowers arrive successfully, please provide us with complete and accurate information when placing your order:
- Recipient's Full Name
- Complete and Precise Delivery Address (including apartment or unit number and buzzer code if applicable)
- Recipient's Contact Phone Number
Delivery Instructions
If you have any special requests for the delivery (e.g., leave with a neighbour, place on the back porch), please include them in the "Delivery/Pick Up Notes" section during checkout or contact us in advance. We will do our best to follow your instructions, but cannot guarantee they can always be met depending on the situation.
After Delivery
Our team takes great care during packaging and delivery. However, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for theft or damage to the flowers after they have been successfully delivered to the provided address.
Recipient Unavailable
If the recipient is not available when we attempt delivery, we will first try to contact them using the phone number you provided. If we are unable to reach them, we will typically leave the flowers in a safe location at the delivery address if one is available (e.g., at the front door if weather permits and it seems secure).
Apartment and Condominium Deliveries
For deliveries to apartments and condominiums in the Vancouver area, a buzzer code or access code is often required. Please provide this if possible. We will attempt to contact the recipient to ensure they are home and confirm access details.
Issues with Delivery Information
If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, and we are unable to reach the recipient, the delivery will unfortunately be left at the address given. We are unable to reroute deliveries once they are out for delivery. Please double-check your recipient's address carefully when ordering.

We also deliver to major hospitals in the Lower Mainland (VGH Vancouver General Hospital, Mount Saint Joseph Hospital, St. Paul's Hospital, Burnaby General Hospital, Royal Columbian Hospital, Lions Gate Hospital, BC Women's Hospital, UBC Hospital, Surrey Memorial Hospital.
