  • If a major component (e.g., a specific non-seasonal bloom, orchid, specialty container or gift item) is out of stock, we will make every effort to contact you before sending the order to discuss the substitution and confirm your preference.

Inspired by the famous Bellini cocktail, this jam combines sweet peaches with the fun fizz of Prosecco. Serve with creamy cheeses.

INGREDIENTS: Cane sugar, Peaches, Pectin, Prosecco, Water, Natural flavour, Ascorbic acid
Contains: Sulphites

Pear Riesling Wine Jam

Bartlett Pears are picked at their peak then poached in Riesling to create this aromatic and luscious jam. Pair with fine, creamy cheeses and ripened blue cheeses. Serve with a crisp, dry Riesling.

INGREDIENTS: Cane sugar, Pears, Riesling wine, Pectin, Natural flavour, Citric acid

Raspberry Mimosa Jelly

Limited edition Raspberry Mimosa Jelly blends raspberry juice, hints of Prosecco, with shimmering gold flakes. A luxurious addition to elevate any occasion. 

INGREDIENTS: Sugars (cane sugar, concentrated raspberry juice), Water, Prosecco, Pectin, Gold leaf, Natural flavour. CONTAINS: Sulphites. 

Spiced Apple Whisky Jelly

Indulge in the flavours of warm spices and whisky with our Spiced Apple Whisky Jelly, a perfect accompaniment to firm, rich cheeses, especially an aged cheddar.

INGREDIENTS: Sugars (cane sugar, concentrated apple juice), Water, Pectin, Whisky, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves, Natural flavour, Citric acid, Sodium Citrate

• Made by hand in small batches in Beamsville, Ontario.
• All-natural and preservative-free.
