Lavender Flaxseed Eye Pillows are the perfect addition to your yoga practice and self care routine. Use your eye pillow at the end of yoga practice and before sleep.
The weight of the eye pillow will soothe tired eyes and the scent of lavender has a naturally relaxing effect. Eye pillows can be used at room temperature, heated in the microwave, cooled in the freezer & refreshed with your favourite essential oils.

How to use your Lavender Eye Pillow

There are many ways to use your new Lavender Eye Pillow to enhance your yoga practice and self-care routine. Eye pillows can be used at room temperature, heated in the microwave, cooled in the freezer & refreshed with your favourite essential oils.

TO WARM

Place eye pillow in the microwave for 20 seconds on low heat, flip and repeat until warmed to desired heat. The eye pillow should be gently warmed, not hot. It will feel warmer on your eyes than it does in your hands. Do not warm on high heat! The flaxseed filling is an organic product and you don’t want to scorch it.

TO COOL

Place your eye pillow in the freezer, preferably in a sealable bag so that it does not absorb other scents from the freezer. A cooled eye pillow can be very helpful for tension headaches and migraines.

TO REFRESH

Remove the outer cover and place a few drops of essential oil on the inside pillow. Let the oil dry before placing the inner bag back into the outer cover so that you do not stain the outer cover.

You can refresh your eye pillow with Lavender oil for calming, Peppermint oil for refreshment or Blue Chamomile for grounding.

The scent of essential oils will fade completely after a short time, so you can refresh you eye pillow often with essential oils to suit your mood.
